Bay View Distillery is the next chapter in the story of Gallagher Farms, a family-owned farm that has been rooted in Northern Michigan agriculture for generations.
Inspired by the fruits and agricultural products grown on the farm, Bay View Distillery was created to celebrate the land, the harvest, and the people who have cared for it over the years. Our vision is to craft exceptional spirits while sharing the beauty and hospitality of Gallagher Farms with our community and visitors alike.
Perched among orchards overlooking West Grand Traverse Bay, Bay View Distillery will offer guests a place to gather, unwind, and experience one of Northern Michigan’s most beautiful agricultural settings.
From Farm to Glass
Bay View Distillery will create handcrafted spirits using ingredients grown right here on Gallagher Farms. From cherries and pears to other seasonal harvests, each spirit will reflect the flavors and character of Northern Michigan agriculture.
